Except the correct translation, human desktop publishers and translators are also required to ensure that your translated documents are fully functional, linguistically accurate, and aesthetically consistent with the source file.

       We offer Template Design services. If you do not have an electronic file for your source document, a desktop publisher will recreate the look and feeling of your paper document in the most appropriate software application.

       When a translation is imported to a document, the publishing process has only just begun. Many quality assurance checks are carried out during this stage, including:

• Formatting adjustments, like page flow accommodation, font application, language-specific punctuation, index/table of contents generation, and graphic editing, etc;
• Linguistic tests to make sure that a client’s software list or glossary has been consistently implemented across an entire project;
• Thorough review of the entire document in multiple stages of the production cycle by various individuals of our team;
• Basic cultural analysis, like checking inappropriate phrasing or product names
